Harry R. Bohrman, 77, of North Manheim Township, passed away Monday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.
Born in Pottsville, March 19, 1939, he was a son of the late Paul S. and Helen M. Phillips Bohrman.
He was the husband of Barbara A. Miller Bohrman.
Harry graduated from Blue Mountain High School and retired from Dana Corp. after being employed for 30 years as a welder.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Orwigsburg.
Harry was a life member of the Second Mountain Gun Club. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and trap shooter, and enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Lycoming County. He also loved golfing and trips to casinos.
In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his first wife, MaryAnn Ruff Bohrman; brother, Robert Bohrman.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Lisa Trumbo and husband, Brian, Landingville; stepson, Alan Ney and wife, Kelly, Lake Wynonah; grandchildren, MaryAnn Rhody and husband, Jason, Schuylkill Haven, Paula Stevens, Landingville, and Jason Trumbo, stationed in Guam; step grandchildren, Donald Ney and wife, Michelle, Orwigsburg, Justine Ney and companion, Joshua Roark, Schuylkill Haven, and Michael Heintzelman and wife, Wendy, Orwigsburg; great-grandchildren, Emma Hess and Julia Rhody; step great-grandchildren, Gage Heintzelman and Seth Reichert; a brother, James Bohrman and wife, Roberta; sister-in-law, AnnMarie Bohrman; and his favorite companion, dog, Casey.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home Inc., 25 E. Main St., Schuylkill Haven. A viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to St. John's United Church of Christ Memorial Fund, 236 E. Market St., Orwigsburg, PA 17961.
