Richard Earl "Dick" Fehr Jr., 75, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Saturday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street. 

Richard was born in Pottsville, April 21, 1940, a son of the late Richard E. and Emma Zeigler Fehr.

He was the husband of Arlene F. Myro Harding Fehr. 

Dick was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Laubenstein Fehr, who passed away May 2002. 

He was a member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ, Cressona, and served in the Army. 

He was formerly employed by the former Keystone Fi-nancial, now M&T Bank, as president. He retired in 2001.

He was a past president of the Schuylkill Haven Jaycees, past treasurer of Friedensburg Fire Company, past treasurer of Salvation Army, served on the board of managers and executive committee for the Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic, past president of Wayne Township Lions Club, past president of the Schuylkill County Chamber of Commerce, past director of Central PA Lung and Health Association, Hawk Mountain council/Boy Scouts of America, Pennsylvania State University, Schuylkill Campus Board of Directors, United Way Special Gifts chairman, Schuylkill Community Education Council, received the Schuylkill Economic Development Corp. (SEDCO) lifetime achievement award, M&T Bank Advisory Board, Pine Valley Hunting Club, Schuylkill County Redevelopment Authority, board member of Preferred Warranty Co., Wayne Township Municipal, Diakon Meals on Wheels and Schuylkill Technology Incubator. He was also former Business Man of the Year in 2002. 

Richard is survived by six daughters, Pamela Donovan and her fiance, Chris Fisher, RD Schuylkill Haven, Angela Kutz, wife of Charles, RD Pottsville, Deborah Castillo, wife of Carlos, Richmond, Va., Karin Seeber and her fiance, Michael Wiest, Mountville, Cynthia Petchulis, wife of Brad, New Port Richey, Fla., and Jennifer Harding, wife of Jason Bendle, Schuylkill Haven. Richard is also survived by grandchildren, Ryan, Michael and Ian Donovan, Julia, Kylie and Lindsay Kutz, Christopher and Tomas Castillo, Melissa, Helen and Erik Seeber, Bradley and Eddie Petchulis and Josie and Cora Bendle.

A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark's United Church of Christ, Cressona, with the Rev. Nathan Druckenmiller officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church and from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral Saturday at the church. At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to St. Mark's United Church of Christ, P.O. Box 55, Cressona, PA 17929. Interment will be in St. John's Reformed Church of Christ Cemetery, Friedensburg.
