William H. Timm, Sr.

 William H. Timm, Sr., 78, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Thursday, April 27th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill, E. Norwegian St surrounded by his loving family. 

William was born in Shenandoah, on June 4, 1938, a son of the late Mary (McDonald) and Edward H. Timm, Jr.

He was the widower of Harriet M. Timm, who passed away September 12, 2015.

Bill was a graduate of Mahanoy City High School, Class of 1956 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1957 to 1960.  

He retired after 40 years from Haven Line Industries. He then worked at Geschwindt Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc. and Ebling Stabingas Funeral Home as a Funeral Assistant.

Bill is  survived by three daughters, Debra Haag wife of Thomas, Jr. , Auburn, Michele Killian, wife of Frank, Jr., Schuylkill Haven, Denise Daniels, wife of Robert, Marlin and a son, William H. Timm, Jr., spouse of Jonathan Valori, Leesport.

He has eight grandchildren Dustin and Derek Hartranft, Andrew, and Jesse Killian; Tyler and Erin Ryan; Kira and Dylan Daniels; nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he is also preceded in death by brothers, Edward H. Timm, III and Robert Timm.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc. ,Schuylkill Haven, PA, at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 2nd,  with Rev, Frank Killian, Jr. officiating. 

A viewing for family and friends will be held  Monday 6 - 8 pm and 9:30 am until the time of the service on Tuesday.

Interment at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
