Esther Bassininsky Obituary

Esther E. Bassininsky, 69, of Tremont, passed away Monday, December 17th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill, S. Jackson St., Pottsville.

Born in Pine Grove, on April 18, 1949, a daughter of the late Marlene (Wise) and George Bohr.

Esther was a graduate of McCann School of Business for marketing and computer. She also owned the former Hotel 35 which is now the 901 Pub, for a period of time. She was last employed by at Tyco in Lickdale.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings Samuel Bohr and Susan Bixler.

Esther is survived by her sons Joseph husband of Jessica, Friedensburg and Edward, Pottsville; 8 grandchildren; and a sister Karen Butler wife of Todd, Pine Grove.
