Allen E. Emerich

Allen E. Emerich, 87, of West Brunswick Township, passed away Monday, September 21st, at home.

Allen was born in Auburn on September 2, 1939, a son of the late Jay & Anna (Lischalk) Emerich.

Married 68 years, he was the loving husband of Sallie L. (Umbenhauer) Emerich.

Allen was a 1957 graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School.

He served in the U.S. Army.

Allen worked as a machine operator for Rockwell International for 40 years.

He was a member of Grace Evangelical Congregational Church, Schuylkill Haven.

Allen was an avid trap shooter and hunter. He was a member of Second Mountain Rod & Gun Club, and Auburn VFW.

In addition to his wife, Allen is also survived by nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Earl Emerich.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, September 29th at Grace Evangelical Congregational Church, Schuylkill Haven with Rev. Ted Rathman officiating.

A Viewing will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of services.

Interment will follow at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
