Annette Carol Kelly

Annette Carol (Anderson) Kelly, 57, of Orwigsburg, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, January 31.

Born in Pottsville on February 6, 1968, she was the daughter of Faye E. (Herring) Anderson and the late Gary C. Anderson.

She was a member of St. John’s Reformed Church, Friedensburg.

Annette was proudly raised on Anderson Farms, spending early mornings and summers alongside her brother and two sisters working the family’s produce fields and markets.

She was a 1986 graduate of Blue Mountain High School, where she ran both track and field and cross country. She went on to complete her associate's degree in Executive Secretarial studies at Schuylkill Business Institute in 1988.

She began her career working at Hershey Chocolate. Annette remained a proud working mother, excelling in direct sales with PartyLite Candles for two decades while raising her two children.

Annette enjoyed many cold mornings spent hunting with her father. Her first “shot” connected with the bottom of a tree stump, which she kept as a token to this day. She spent many
weekend trips in the mountains in Lycoming County, where she enjoyed long rides on her beloved e-bike. She was a familiar, smiling face at Bella Floral and Kemfort's Cottage, where
she worked in recent years. However, her most cherished job and title was that of “Nana” to her first granddaughter, Andie, whom she loved spending as much time as possible snuggling and laughing with.

In addition to her mother, Annette is also survived by her two children: Megan Miller, wife of Gabe, Robert A. Kelly, their father Robert M. Kelly, one grandchild: Andie Miller, companion
Roger Kleckner, one brother: Gary C. Anderson II, husband of Amy, two sisters: Janet Minnich, Shelia Hatter, her grandmother Beatrice Anderson, and six nephews: Steven Barthlow, Alec & Colin Sabitsky, Travis & Bradley Anderson, and Keith Minnich.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM on Thursday, February 5 at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuykill Haven with Dave O’Leary
officiating. A Viewing will be held at the funeral home from 11 AM until the time of service.
