Carol A. (Runkle) Blankenhorn

Carol A. Blankenhorn, 84, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Friday, December 15th, at Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg.

Born in Pottsville on November 3, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Robert & Helen (Warner) Runkle.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Carl H. "Skip" Blankenhorn, and her brother, Donald Runkle.

Carol was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School.

She had been employed by Cressona Knit as a seamstress.

Carol was of the Protestant faith.

She is survived by two daughters: Ginny, wife of Earle Kull, of Schuylkill Haven; & Tammy, wife of Donald Kisler, of Hamburg; grandchildren: Eric, & Jessica Yorski, Brielle Commings, & Tyler Kull, great-grandchildren: Zamonie Alexander, Selah, & Colsten Yorski, & Luke Kull, sister, Jean Zemencik, of Schuylkill Haven, brother, Robert, husband of  Mary Beth Runkle, of Texas; and nieces & nephews.

Private interment services will be held at the convenience of the family.
