Chrisy Ann Taylor

Chrisy Ann Taylor, 51, of Pottsville, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill East Campus, Pottsville.

Born in Reading on December 30, 1974, she was a daughter of Carol Lee (Jones) Heller, of Cressona.

Chrisy was a 1994 graduate of Pottsville Area High School.

She enjoyed working with children at local childcare centers.

In addition to her mother, Chrisy is survived by her daughter, Tasha Lynn (Haller) Snyder; her grandson, Nikolai Allen Woodruff; longtime companion, William Edward Weikel, Jr.; and her beloved cats: Shadow and Patches.

Chrisy is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Frances Irene Jones.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, July 28th at Salem Hetzel’s Church Cemetery, 261 Hetzels Church Rd., Pine Grove, with Rev. Paul Cronin officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona.
