Claire Annette Fekete

Claire Annette Fekete, 82, of Branchdale, passed away Friday, February 6th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill, E. Norwegian St., Pottsville.

Born in Philadelphia on July 31, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Mildred (Essler) Hentz and Frank Hentz, Sr.

She was the widow of Adam Fekete.

In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by two sons: William, & Paul Chicora, and her brother, Norman Hentz.

Claire was an avid church-goer and enjoyed attending Tremont Brethren in Christ Church.

She enjoyed gardening, bingo, and watching her kids play sports.

Claire worked for local textile factories and retired from the Reeses Plant in Hershey.

A hardworking, single mother, Claire is survived by two children: David V. Chicora, Branchdale, & Annette Brilla, wife of John, Forestville, her brother, Frank Hentz, Jr., Alabama, and grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Services will be conducted at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven on Tuesday, February 17th at 10 AM.

Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, has been entrusted with arrangements.
