Constance M. Long

Constance M. "Connie" Long, 76, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Sunday, Feb. 28, at Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Schuylkill Haven.

Born Sept. 28, 1944, in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Clifford B. and Mary A. (Runkewich) Bixler.

She was the wife of Bruce D. Long, whom she married in 1978.

Connie was a graduate of Porter Tower High School.

She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View.

Connie was previously employed as an egg packer by Tri-Valley Farmers Exchange, Hegins.

She loved to travel, especially to New England and Florida.

In addition to her husband, Connie is survived by cousins, including Howard Custer and Cindy Moyer.

A graveside service will be held privately.
