Donald W. Heffner, 90, of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, December 19th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill, E. Norwegian St., Pottsville.
Born in Wernersville, PA on February 4, 1927, he was a son of the late John and Mary Heffner.
He was the widower of Lois Augusta (Livinghouse) Heffner, who passed away November 20, 2017.
Donald was a graduate of Wilson High School and had served in the U.S. Army in WW II.
He was a member of Hains Church, Wernersville, and had been employed at Continental Can in Reading, PA for 40 years.
Donald is survived by a son, Bruce Heffner, Payson, AZ and sisters Mary and Dorothy.
In addition to his father and wife, Donald is also preceded in death by his brother, William Heffner.
Services & interment will be privately held at the family's convenience.
