Donna F. Scheaffer, 62, of Pine Grove, passed away Tuesday at her residence.
Born in Pottsville, Feb. 26, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Donald Rhodes and Helen Nelmns Kishbaugh.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by a sister, Debra Gavalis.
She is survived by children, Thomas E. Scheaffer, Akron, and Dawn Marie Hunkapiller (Charles), Pine Grove; grandson, Charles R. Hunkapiller III; and siblings; Patricia Kline (Donald), Pottsville, and Cindy Callaghan (Charlie), Tamaqua.
A private graveside service will be held at Cressona Cemetery.
At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , P.O. Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
