Frederick D. Davis, 33, of Tremont, passed away Wednesday in Jersey City, N.J., from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Eureka, Calif., Jan. 27, 1981, he was a son of Louella Hostler Davis, Hoopa, Calif. and the late Fred Davis.
He was the husband of Kelly M. Fryer Davis, Branchdale.
Fred was a graduate of Hoopa Valley High School, California, and served two tours in Iraq as a Marine.
He was president of PEER, Tremont Health & Rehabiliation Center, where he had resided.
In addition to his wife and mother, Fred is survived by a daughter, Alexis Davis, at home; a son, Shan Davis, California; and a brother, Robert Davis, also of California.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home Inc., 25 E. Main St., Schuylkill Haven, with certified celebrant Rebecca L. Deatrich officiating. A viewing will be held 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
