Howard W. Ames, 42, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Monday at his residence.
Born in Plainfield, N.J., Jan. 19, 1973, he was a son of Howard L. and Mary Ann Byelick Ames, Auburn.
He was employed by Mike Weider Trucking, Pine Grove.
Howard enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two sisters, Kim Cooke, Sparta, N.J. and Lisa Gill and her husband, Keith, Auburn; nephews, Daniel, Austin, Liam and Devin.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, with eulogy by Christopher Byelick. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be privately held at the family's convenience.
