Inge Farr, 82, of Orwigsburg, passed away Friday at Schuylkill Medical Center-East Norwegian Street.
Inge was born in Berlin, Germany, on April 3, 1933, a daughter of the late Anna Roellkes and Irwin Banse.
She was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Schuylkill Haven, and was formerly employed by Miller's and Argo textile mills.
Inge was preceded in death by a son, Robert F. "Butch" Farr.
She is survived by three sons, Hanjo Farr, husband of Sharon, Schuylkill Haven, Thomas Farr, husband of Heidi, Westport, Mass., and Michael Farr, husband of Amy, Lake Wynonah; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. May 18 at Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Schuylkill Haven, with the Rev. David Rowe officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service May 18 at the church. At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to American Cancer Society , 101 Frack St., Frackville, PA 17931-1734. Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
