John L. Richardson

John L. Richardson, 80, of Wayne Township, passed away Thursday, March 1st, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill, E. Norwegian St., Pottsville.

Born in Minersville on December 7, 1937, he was a son of the late John & Helen Richardson.

He is also preceded in death by his brother, George Richardson.

He was the husband of Margaret A. "Peg" (Mink) Richardson.

John was formerly employed as a sewing machine mechanic and a gun smith.

He was a Shriner, Past Master of the Minersville Masonic Lodge, and a lifetime member of Friedensburg Gun Club.

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by three daughters, Kimberley A. Richardson, Schuylkill Haven, Lynann Richardson, Schuylkill Haven, and Jacqueline Gilbert & husband, Dale Gilbert, Jr., Cressona, grandchildren, Blake Dylan & Justin Chase Richardson, great-granddaughter, Sophia Lynn Richardson, and a brother, Robert Richardson, Seltzer.

Services and interment will be privately held at the family's convenience.
