Mary F. Eckert

Mary F. Eckert, 81, of Pottsville, passed away Monday, August 11th, at Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Orwigsburg.

Born in Pottsville on August 14, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Mary Elizabeth (Lawrence) and Thomas J. Campion.

She was the wife of the late Robert J. Eckert, Sr.

She was of the Catholic Faith.

Mary was employed as a machine operator at Millers, Port Carbon.

Mary is survived by three sons: Robert Eckert, Jr., of Bellefonte; Mark Eckert, husband of Tara, of Pottsville; Steven Eckert, husband of Amy, of Pottsville; grandchildren: Mark Eckert, Jr., Kayla Eckert, & Rachel Eckert; a brother, Thomas “Gene” Eugene Campion, husband of Catherine, of Chambersburg, PA; several nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.

Services and interment will be private at the family’s convenience.
