Nancy J. Haitz

Nancy J. Haitz, 88, formerly of Port Ritchie, FL, passed away Sunday, May 17th, at York Terrace Nursing Home, Pottsville, where she had been a resident. 

Nancy was born in Kensington, PA on April 4, 1938, and was the daughter of the late William & Anna (Keller) Wright. 

She was the widow of Richard Roy Haitz. 

Nancy was a Merchantville High School graduate, and was of the Baptist faith. She belonged to the Red Hat Society, loved Bingo & camping at Rosemount Campground, and she had the gift of gab and enjoyed long conversations with family and friends. 

Nancy is survived by two daughters: Debra Mallon, wife of Richard, Cressona, and Wendy Milewski, wife of Steve, Ephrata, grandchildren: Katelynn Naffin (Jeff), Richard Mallon, Shawn Mallon (Jessica), Timothy Marquette (Samantha) & Holly Marquette, and great-grandchildren: Kalista, Naomi, Kiara, Kaiden, Leo, Benjamin, & Zachary. 

A private memorial service will be held at the family’s convenience.
