Nancy A. Hrenyo, RN, 77, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away peacefully Monday at home surrounded by the people she loved.
Born in Pottsville, Feb. 17, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Snyder Thomas.
She was the widow of Michael E. Hrenyo, who died June 13, 2015.
Nancy was a graduate of Saint Clair High School and Pottsville School of Nursing.
She was formerly employed by Pottsville Hospital and Rest Haven as a registered nurse.
Nancy was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.
She is survived by a daughter, Theresa Dion and husband, Steve, St. Pauls, N.C.; a son, Michael Hrenyo and wife, Kimberly, Port Carbon; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; caregivers and friends, Brenda and James Guldin, Schuylkill Haven; a special cousin, James Snyder, Saint Clair.
At Nancy's request, a private service and interment were held.
