Robert C. Miller, 87, of Orwigsburg, passed away Saturday at home.
Born in Tamaqua, Nov. 25, 1927, he was a son of the late Allen W. and Dorothy K. Freudenberger Miller.
He was the husband of Ada G. Ebling Miller, to whom he was married for 65 years.
He was a member of Immanuel Evangelical Congregational Church.
He retired from Dana Corp. in 1982.
Bob was a life member of American Hose Company, Tamaqua, IOOF 804, New Ringgold, and Port Clinton Fire Company.
Bob was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Miller; and a brother, William; and a sister, Shirley Horvath.
Surviving are two daughters, Susan, wife of Craig March, Georgetown, Texas, and Tracey, wife of Shennon Heckman, Shoemakersville; a son, Robert E. Miller, Hamburg; a brother, Glen Miller, Douglassville; six grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.
Services are private at the convenience of family. At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to Immanuel Evangelical Congregational Church, 43 E. Pheasant Run Road, Orwigsburg, PA 17961.
