Sean Michael Myers

Sean Michael Myers, 45, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away at home on Tuesday, January 11th, surrounded by his loving family. Sean was married to the love of his life, Erin Marie (Nevadomsky) Myers in 2008. Together, Sean & Erin have a son, Aiden Michael Myers, and twin daughters, Elizabeth Ann Myers & Lily Veronica Myers.

Sean is preceded in death by his infant daughter, Lexandra Elizabeth Myers.

Born in Reading, PA on January 25, 1976, he was a son of the Patricia Ann (Ruhf) Birosik and William Birosik, II, of Schuylkill Haven.

In addition to his parents, wife, and children, Sean is also survived by a sister, Sasha Birosik, a brother, William Birosik, III, his grandmother, Nancy Birosik, an aunt, Steph Birosik, his father & mother in-law, John & Joan Matukewicz, and beloved dogs, Lexi & Simba.

Sean earned his bachelor's degree in Restaurant & Business Management from Johnson & Wales University.

He was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.

Sean had worked in construction as an electrician. He was also a chef at his family's restaurant, The Nutty Pear, Schuylkill Haven.

A devoted father, Sean enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family. He had served as a coach and was the former president for Schuylkill Haven Biddy Wrestling. He was an active volunteer to the Schuylkill Haven Football program.
He earned his black belt in karate at Driscoll Institute of the Martial Arts, Pottsville.

Sean had an outgoing personality and called anyone he met a friend.He loved to serve his community and always thought of others before himself. He loved to try new things, and always excelled.
Sean bravely battled Multiple Myeloma since 2011. He always remained positive throughout his illness and he fought so hard to stay with his family as long as he could.

A viewing will be held at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven, on Monday, January 17th from 4 to 6 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, January 18th at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven. An additional time for viewing will be held at the church from 9:15 to 10:15 AM on Tuesday.

Interment will follow mass at St. Ambrose Cemetery, Cressona.

At the family's request, memorial contributions in Sean's memory may be made to support his children.
