Theresa Woleschok, 100, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Friday at Reading Hospital, West Reading.
Theresa was born in Kaska, Jan. 24, 1916, a daughter of the late Theresa Bagin and Peter Hlyudzik.
She was the widow of Jacob Woleschok, who passed away in 1973.
She was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.
Theresa is the last surviving member of her family.
She is survived by daughters, Barbara Zatko, Virginia Fortunato, Sandra Schreffler, Joan Ryan and Theresa Muldowney; sons, Charles, James, Joseph and Thomas Woleschok; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Services and interment will be held privately.
