Trevor John Seibert, 15, of Cressona, passed away Saturday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.
Born in Pottsville, Aug. 27, 1999, he was a son of Nichole Mahalage Knorr, Cressona, and Edward Seibert, Shenandoah.
Trevor was a ninth-grade student at Blue Mountain High School.
Trevor was a member of the Life Living Center-Four Square Gospel Church, Pottsville.
Trevor was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Mahalage; maternal great-grandparents, Harold and Ruth Mengel; and a sister, Zoey Knorr.
Surviving by his parents, Nichole and her husband, Nicholas, Cressona, and Edward and his fiancee, Jessica, Shenandoah; two brothers, Thomas H. Dailey, Ivyland, and Joseph D. Dailey, Pottsville; a stepsister, Destinsy Seibert, Shenandoah; a stepbrother, Ryan; maternal grandmother, Dianne Mengel Mahalage, Cressona; and paternal grandmother, Nancy Seibert, Barnesville.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Ebling Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, with the Rev. Dave Poissant officiating. Family and friends may call from 6 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. At the family's request, memorial donations may be sent to Life Living Center-Four Square Gospel Church, 2300 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, PA 17901
