William A. Jones

William A. Jones, 84, of McKeansburg, passed away Wednesday at his residence.

Born in Hamburg, he was a son of the late William R. and Evelyn (Eyer) Jones.

He was the husband of Pauline (Bartashus) Jones.

William was a member of Christ Church, McKeansburg.

He was a Blue Mountain graduate, Class of 1956, and he then graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. He was the owner and operator of J&J Construction.

In addition to his wife, William is survived by his children, William A. Jr., husband of Stacey Jones, of Kokomo, Ind., Kathlene, wife of Kevin Murphy, of Rockingham, Va., Todd V., husband of Christine Jones, of New Tripoli, and Jeffrey M. Jones, of McKeansburg; grandchildren, Erica, Billy, Carly, Brendan, Evan, Alyssa, Vince, Sara and Rachel; great-grandchildren, Eli, Ben, Owen, Lily, Mckenzie, Madelyne, Samuel, Logan and Garett; two brothers, Barry Jones and Bruce Jones, both of McKeansburg.

Services are private at the convenience of the family with grandson, the Rev. Vince Jones, officiating.
