Charles Hepler Obituary

Charles W. Hepler, 74, of Cressona, passed away Thursday, November 4th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill, E. Norwegian St., Pottsville. 

Born in Pottsville on August 6, 1947, he was a son of the late William & Grace (Straub) Hepler.

He was the husband of Gail L. (Bittle) Hepler.

Charlie last worked at Tremont Power Plant as the Control Room Operator. 

He was a member of St. Mark's UCC Cressona, a Life Member of Cressona Fire Company #1, and belonged to the Roedersville Gun Club, Cressona Lodge F&AM #222, and Schuylkill Valley Corvette Club.

In addition to his wife, Charlie is also survived by two sons: Brian Hepler and Chad Hepler, both of Cressona; a sister, Ann Krammes, of Mechanicsburg; & a brother, Larry Hepler, of Martha's Vineyard. 
 
In addition to his parents, Charlie is also preceded in death by two brothers: Luther and Donald Hepler.


Celebration of Life Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday November 13, 2021 at St. Mark's UCC 30 Pottsville Street, Cressona, with Rev. Kevin Fruchtl officiating. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
Interment will be privately held.
