I worked at Alcoa with Joanne for several years. Great personality, always beaming with that smile that lit up a room. Played golf with her occasionally and got along famously with her. We'd see her out at basketball games every season as she really enjoyed that sport as well. She will be with me forever, remembered as one of the most positive, upbeat people I have ever known. The world was a better place when she was in it!! my deepest condolences to John at this very saddening loss!!  Jim Smith

Joanne was such a special lady. Her smile and laugh were contagious. You couldn’t be around her and not be happy. She was talented in so many ways. The best at entertaining ever. We were neighbors for over 30 years. She was my friend!!!! John we all loved you both.
