Mary E. (Shollenberger) Roth

Mary E. Roth, 70, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Sunday, May 16th, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. Born in Pottsville on October 3, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Alfred & Elizabeth (Steffanic) Shollenberger.
Mary was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.
She was a graduate of Nativity BVM High School; and had attended Goldie-Beacom College in Delaware.  She had been employed as a pharmaceutical technician.
In addition to her parents, Mary is also preceded in death by her son, Steven Joseph Roth, and brother, Paul Shollenberger.
She is survived by a daughter, Stacy Roth-Balulis, wife of Adam Balulis, of Schuylkill Haven; three grandchildren: Steven, Emma, & Adam, two brothers: Alfred Shollenberger, of Delaware; & Joseph Shollenberger, of Orwigsburg, nieces, nephews, her "sister", Joanie Katz, of Florida, and many other dear friends.
Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be conducted by Deacon Jack Quirk at 12 Noon on Friday, May 21st in the chapel at Calvary Cemetery, Pottsville.
