Patricia Stackfleth Obituary

Patricia Ann Stackfleth, 63, of Schuylkill Haven, PA, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, February 15th, 2021.
Patricia Ann Stackfleth was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on August 12th, 1957, to parents Mary Patricia Schanne and William E. Stackfleth. Both Navy veterans, Mary proudly served as a nurses aid in the Navy Reserve from 1955-1959, where she met and married William, a soldier.
Patricia was an only child and moved with her parents from Philadelphia to Babylon, NY, where she grew up. As a young adult, Patricia headed to Manhattan, in search of enriching her life. There, she secured herself a place to live and found work as a receptionist and a waitress. During her experience waitressing, she met the manager of the steakhouse, Andrew, who would soon become her husband and father of her children. They quickly fell in love, married on Janurary 15,1974, and lived in Park Slope Brooklyn, later holding residence in Manhattan, NY. They were married for 8 years and went on to have two children together, Gabrielle and Danielle. During this time, the family moved from Manhattan to Flushing, Queens and Patricia attended Parsons School of Design in NY, NY earning her Bachelors Degree of Interior Design. Patricia lived in New York until she moved to Schuylkill Haven, PA, in 2002.
Patricia appreciated the innocence of life, held God close to her heart and always tried to walk in Jesus' footsteps. She was a sweet, kind and humble person, regulary donated to her Church and helped others whenever possible. She did not have much, but whatever she did have she was always more than willing to share with others. She took alot of joy in helping people. She was very pious and content with the little things in life. Mom taught us to always appreciate every moment and make it count. Patricia, or "Patty Ann", as her mother fondly called her, was an artist who thrived at interior design. Her passions were her Bible studies, participating in Church events, flower arrangements, decorating, animals, she enjoyed watching and listening to the performing arts.
Patricia was predeceased in death by her Mother Mary, Father William, stepfather Camine Spinelli lll,an aunt Frances Evonoski and two Uncles, Charles and John Schanne.
Patricia is survived by two daughters, Danielle Yvette Khan, wife of Iqbal, of Toms River, NJ; and Gabrielle Noelle Shambo of Toms River, NJ, two granddaughters: Yasmina Rose Khan, & Mia Rumana Khan, and the father of her children, Andrew Ronald Cossen, Manchester, NJ. She was a cherished daughter, niece, friend, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren and all who knew her.
